Cross-company employee database for employee screening
The cross-company employee database will prevents the easy movement of fraudulent employees from one company to another. The database includes a full employment and educational history of all employees in each company signed up for the service and will be updated over time to reflect public criminal records. The direct services will include:
- Unique biometric identification: All employees will be registered biometrically to create a unique form of identification. This will include their picture and full 10 fingerprints.
- Internal HR database linkage: Companies will have the option to link the biometric ID created to Link incentives to a company HR database
- Fraud reporting: Each corporation’s legal department will submit a formal letter
immediately one of their employees has been charged of a crime. A formal letter will be required by a person of authority within the corporation - High level of database security: Database will be stored and backed up outside Nigeria with varying levels of access based on clearance.
- Fee structure: A tiered annual corporate fee will be charged for each member based on their total number of employees. A minimal registration fee and verification fee will be charged per request.
- On site biometric search system: Every corporation will have the option to setup an onsite biometric verification system where they can verify the identity of new hires.
- Public record searches: Over time the database will be updated with all public criminal records for each employee. Initially, however, a separate fee will be charged for public criminal record searches. This is part of our investigative service offering.
